Services
Axis Prints provides fine art printing, art reproduction, and related services. All services are subject to file review and may be declined if files do not meet minimum technical requirements.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept online payments via Razorpay and Stripe. Rush orders require payment upfront. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
File requirements
Clients are responsible for supplying files that meet the minimum technical requirements specified on our File Checker tool. We will advise on issues during file review but cannot be held responsible for quality issues arising from substandard source files.
Proofing and approval
For orders of 5+ prints, a physical proof is produced and must be approved before the full run begins. Production does not commence until written approval is received. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.
Returns and corrections
We guarantee our print quality. If a print does not match the approved proof due to our error, we will reprint at no charge. Returns for change of mind are not accepted as all prints are made to order.
Copyright
By submitting files to Axis Prints, you confirm that you own or have the right to reproduce the artwork. Axis Prints accepts no liability for copyright infringement by clients.
