What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. We print single prints for individual artists and bulk orders for galleries and brands. The cost per unit reduces with volume.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and PDF. TIFF is preferred for fine art printing as it is lossless. For large files, we provide an FTP link for upload.

What DPI should my file be?

Minimum 300 DPI at the final print size for most substrates. Canvas requires a minimum of 200 DPI. Use our File Checker tool to verify your specific requirements.

Do you offer proofing?

Yes. We offer soft proofing (digital) for all orders and physical A4 test prints for orders above 5 prints at ₹350 per proof. For edition runs, a master print is always produced before the full run.

What are your turnaround times?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from file approval. Rush orders (3–5 days) are available at a 30% surcharge. File approval must happen by 10am for Rush Day 1 to count.

Do you ship outside Hyderabad?

Yes — we ship anywhere in India. International shipping is available on request. Large orders are shipped via professional art transport with insurance.

How long will my prints last?

On cotton rag or baryta with our Epson Ultrachrome HDX inks, prints are rated for 100+ years under normal display conditions (away from direct sunlight, in a climate-controlled environment). Canvas prints are rated for 75+ years.

Can you print from my phone photo?

Phone photos can be printed, but print size is limited by resolution. A 12-megapixel phone camera can produce good results up to A3 with our sharpening process. We will advise on maximum recommended size for your specific image.

Do you offer framing?

Yes — we offer custom photo framing with archival-grade materials, UV-protective glazing, and 40+ frame profiles. Framing can be combined with any print order.

What colour space should I use?

Adobe RGB (1998) is preferred for fine art prints as it has a wider gamut. sRGB is acceptable. We never recommend printing from CMYK files — always send us RGB and we manage the conversion to our printer profiles.

Can I visit the studio?

Yes — studio visits are welcome by appointment. We can walk you through our substrates, run a test print while you wait, and discuss your project in person. Contact us to schedule a visit.
